Monday: Meet and greet wine and cheese.

 

Tuesday:

 

·            7:00 am: Continental for early risers

o   Muffins & a breakfast bread

o   Yogurt and granola, fruit

o   Coffee

 

·            8:00am: Breakfast

o   Sausage Strata 

o   Chicken Sausage Strata  ( this is a wonderful light yet filling breakfast casserole with bread, eggs and sausage).

o   Yogurt, cereal, granola and regular cereal always available.

o   English muffins and Bagels, fruit

o   Juice and Coffee

 

·            12:00: Lunch

o   Curried Chicken wraps

o   Pasta salad served cold

o   Chips

o   Brownies

 

·            6:00: Dinner 

o   Island Jerk Pork loin

o   Rice

o   Green Beans

o   Salad

o   Bread

o   Pineapple cake

 

Wednesday:

 

·            7:00 am: Continental Breakfast for early risers

o   Muffins, Breakfast bread

o   Yogurt, granola, fruit

o   Coffee

 

·            8:00 am: Breakfast

o   French Toast

o   Bacon 

o   Granola, yogurt, fruit

o   Juice and Coffee

 

·            12:00: Lunch

o   Meatloaf sandwiches

o   Mac and cheese

o   Cucumber salad

o   Cookies

 

·            6:00 Dinner

o   Baked Local Black Snapper

o   Rosemary Red potatoes

o   Broccoli

o   Spring mix salad

o   Herb Scones

o   Pound cake

 

Thursday

 

·            7:00 am: Continental Breakfast for early risers

o   Muffins and Breakfast bread

o   Yogurt, granola, fruit 

o   Coffee

 

·            8:00 am: Breakfast

o   Scrambled eggs

o   Pork Sausage links

o   Chicken Sausage links

o   Cheese Grits

o   Biscuits

o   Juice and Coffee

 

·            12:00: Lunch

o   Shrimp salad wraps

o   Potato salad

o   Crudities and dip

o   Oatmeal cookies

 

·            6:00: Dinner

o   Marinated Grilled or Baked Chicken

o   Coconut rice

o   Peas and carrots

o   Spring mix salad

o   Bread
