Every passenger that goes on a cruise is required to fill out a health and liability form, they are a little different depending on the boat that you are traveling with. This is for your safety. If you are crossing the border then passports or a photo i.d. and legal birth certificate are required. Check out the border crossing page for more information.
You will receive a cruise packet in the mail containing the necessary paperwork for your cruise based on the vessel and destination that you booked with.
