StarSail Cruises sells two types of cruises, one is individual tickets and the other is private charters that reserve the entire boat. Please see below for the deposit and cancellation policy that refers to you.

Deposit: A $200 per person deposit for individuals traveling on the Schooner Zodiac or Schooner Martha holds a reservation. A $500 per person deposit for individuals traveling on the Island Odyssey, Island Roamer, Snow Goose or David B holds a reservation.
A 10% non-refundable* deposit is required for a private charter to reserve your dates.

Payment: A payment in full is required no later then 60 calendar days prior to your departure date.

Cancellation Policy for individuals:

90 days prior to departure - 100%
89-60 days prior to departure - 75%
59-31 days prior to departure - 50%
30-0 days prior to departure - 0%
We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Policy for Private Charters:

A 10% non-refundable deposit secures your dates. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to trip - no refund.

Privacy: StarSail values your privacy and will not sell, lend or share your personal information without your explicit permission.

Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance for those unexpected emergencies that life brings. You can contact your local travel agency for more information.

*If for any reason StarSail Cruises cancels a trip, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
